Pills or Yoga?

It’s not hard to start down the Western Medicine path of “a pill for everything”. But as we’re becoming more aware of our health, we’re starting to catch up with what Eastern Medicine has known for thousands of years – it’s better to prevent than to fix.

But after a life of fast food, little exercise and quick fixes, is it still possible to “get better” going the healthy mind/body route? Or have we sentenced ourselves to a retirement of pills, potions and prescriptions?
